There are many ways to make payments on your loans, VISA® credit card or deposits to your accounts that are free of charge. Please see below for available options.

Online Banking

To manage your finances more efficiently, you can initiate automatic transfers from your shares to your loan. You have the option to arrange onetime transfers or schedule recurring transfers by selecting your preferred transfer date and frequency. For any assistance or to request a transfer, you can send us a secure message.

Mobile Banking

Conduct one-time transfers from your shares to your loan.

ACH/Direct Deposit

To set up direct deposit with your employer or income source, provide them with your account and routing numbers. You can request account verification letters if needed. Once these deposits are being made to your account, contact us so we can arrange for the loan payments to be automatically deducted from each recurring deposit.

You may also access your other financial institution’s online banking to determine if you can establish recurring transfers to your share accounts. Once completed, we can arrange for automatic transfers to the loan deposit.

Bill Pay

To pay a loan at Olive View FCU using online banking from another financial institution, you should arrange for the bill payment to be sent as a physical check. Have it mailed to Olive View Federal Credit Union at P.O. Box 923071, Sylmar, CA 91392.

Pay by Phone With Card

Payments to your account can be made over the phone using a VISA® or Mastercard® debit/credit card. Kindly note that a $5.00 service fee applies to this payment method.

Automatic Payment

To facilitate automatic payment authorization, you will need to complete an authorization form. This form allows you to either authorize us to process payments using your card or to transfer funds from your Olive View FCU shares. For LA County Employees, there’s an option to set up payroll deductions for loan payments. Similarly, LA County Retirees have the convenience of setting up payroll deductions through LACERA, ensuring seamless payment handling.

Cash Payments

You can make payments in person at the branch using a check, cash, or card. For your convenience, we also offer an overnight drop box located by our front door for after-hours payments. Simply place your check or cash in an envelope, including any instructions for deposit or payment, and drop it in the box.

ATM

If you’re a debit card holder with us, you can conveniently make deposits into your account using the ATM. Following this, you have the flexibility to transfer payments via our online banking platform or mobile app. If your funds are placed on hold, don’t hesitate to reach us during business hours for assistance.

VISA® Credit Card

You can easily register your VISA® Credit Cards for online banking at www.ezcardinfo.com for convenient payment management. To request a transfer from your shares, please contact our office via phone or through secure messaging in online banking. Alternatively, we can process your card payment over the phone or through secure messaging, with a $5.00 card processing fee applicable.
